Tracey, the principal instructor, is a Yoga Teacher with 20 years of experience working in education, and began practising yoga in 2002 to DVD's. She has since taught over 3500 hrs of yoga teaching to all shapes and sizes from Kindy Kids to the sprightly, young at heart retirement set. You can find Traceys qualifications here.
As the founder of Body N Soul Yoga Tracey is deeply passionate about teaching you how to use yoga to find your inner strength, connection to breath and peace within. With her background in education and a passion for teaching, Tracey will teach you how to practice your yoga NOT show you how she does her yoga.
People come to a yoga practice for a variety of reasons - 'I'm over the gym scene", "I have an xyz injury", "stress and worry consumes me", "I need a gentle form of exercise". Yoga can and will change you. Here's what some of Tracey's yogi's share about their yoga.
When she's not at the front of a class, you can find her in her garden, with Mini the Kelpie, getting creative with a project or dreaming up her next travel adventure.
Yoga is for you and for every stage of life and there is no time like right now to get started.
Reach out and say hi to Tracey on Facebook and stay in the know here on the website.
