A Yoga practice truly is a gift that I would like to help you find. I can't give it to you because I don't know what it looks like for you, but I do know that with patience and practice, an open mind willing to accept challenge and change, and a sense of humour, you will find it.

This Long Slow Deep Feature Class is an experience like no other.
Long Slow Deep is a practice of stillness, which works deeper into the connective tissues and ligaments for a stretch that goes beyond the muscles that we generally notice in an asana practice. Its a practice of patience and control as we learn to surrender and let go, slowing the breath and harnessing, mind and body connection to do so.
Poses are held for longer to maximise the benefits of this practice.
