This 90-minute gentle yoga class is a balanced mix of Yin and Restorative Yoga.
Our practice begins with breath-work and centering, followed by a slow flow of yin-style deep stretches, held for 2-8 minutes. You will then settle in to some prop-supported restorative postures for deeper physical relaxation and a guided meditation to promote calm and clarity. This class is perfect for every yogi who wants to de-stress and cultivate peace of mind, body and soul. |

This unique workshop is designed to stretch, strengthen and heal from head-to-toe. You may have done something similar with Tracey, using tennis balls, but this will be next level!! With a focus on finding our body’s “blind spots” – areas that have become weakened due to overuse, underuse or misuse, and are now prone to tightness, pain and injury – this specialized routine will help balance out your entire physiology. |
