~ Please don't come if you are feeling unwell, or are showing any signs of sickness.
~ No props will be available for use, which includes mats. 
There are straps, mats and zafu available for purchase at the studio.
~ Please cancel if you can't make it.
You will forfeit the pass or be charged a no show fee.

~ Please wash your hands on arrival.
~The drop zone is always busy - leave as much as you can in the car...drop your keys etc and move on.

This 90-minute gentle yoga class is a balanced mix of Yin and Restorative Yoga.
Our practice begins with breath-work and centering, followed by a slow flow of yin-style deep stretches,
held for 2-8 minutes.
You will then settle in to some prop-supported restorative postures for deeper physical relaxation
​and a guided meditation to promote calm and clarity.
This class is perfect for every yogi who wants to de-stress and cultivate peace of mind, body and soul.

Dianne is a physio and a yoga teacher and we are lucky to have her with this new offering.
This unique workshop is designed to stretch, strengthen and heal from head-to-toe.
You may have done something similar with Tracey, using tennis balls, but this will be next level!!
With a focus on finding our body’s “blind spots” – areas that have become weakened due to overuse, underuse or misuse, and are now prone to tightness, pain and injury – this specialized routine will help balance out your entire physiology.
