Em first started yoga back in 2016 at Body N Soul Yoga and like most, was hooked from the very first class! Looking back over the past five years she is truly humbled by the growth and change she has achieved in such a short amount of time and it’s all thanks to that first yoga class she attended! For Em yoga is not just a physical practice, it is a way of life. It has been a means for her to express herself in a way she has not quite been able to in the past and opened the divine, universal, cosmic side of her that she has always known was there but didn’t quite have the tools to access. She will be forever learning about this way of life and is passionate to share her teachings with others and help them tap into this side of them like yoga has for her.
Her mission is to spread the yoga love and help people change their lives with this amazing way of life.
