Tracey, the principal instructor, is a Yoga Teacher with 20 years of experience working in education, and began practising yoga in 2002 before completing her Level 1 Yoga teacher training in 2012. Before going on to study Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Kids Yoga, Long Slow Deep and Yin.
As the founder of Body N Soul Yoga Tracey is deeply passionate about teaching you how to use yoga to find your inner strength, connection to breath and peace. With her background in education and a passion for teaching, Tracey will teach you how to practice your yoga NOT show you how she does her yoga. How our bodies work and how to make them work efficiently and effectively is a keen interest of hers.
Penny loves a slow focused practice of mindful movement incorporating elements of Kundalini Yoga. She incorporates solid foundations and lots of space for breathe. Penny teaches regular 6am classes.
Christine has been practising yoga and mediation for more than 25 years and started her journey primarily training in mediation for wellness and calmness in a hectic world.
Christine competed her Level 1 Power yoga teacher training in 2013 with NRG yoga and since then has completed a range of ongoing training including
Core yoga teacher training.

Christine's focus is on mindfulness and yoga for wellness to ensure participants are able to live with vitality and energy at all and any stage of life.
About the Studio
The Studio is situated at 13 Murray Street with plenty of parking.
The car park and street are well lit at night.
The studio has heating and air conditioning.
There are shower facilities.
Mats are available to hire for $2 or you can purchase a mat at the studio.
Julie teaches LYT YOGA, a style of yoga created by physiotherapist Lara Heimann, developed to help you feel better through smarter, safer and more conscious yoga movement patterns.
LYT yoga is based on 3 principles - strength, mobility and adaptability. It's specifically designed to retrain your movement patterns and postural imbalances so you feel stronger, more energised and better balanced, on and off the mat. LYT yoga is dynamic!
After practice you'll feel more confident, powerful and alive, move better and feel great.
Julie's Yoga Qualifications
Megan completed her training is 2020 in beautiful Spain shortly before the Pandemic sent her home. Lucky for us!
Megan's training is in Hatha Yoga, and we welcome her to the studio for weekend classes. Check the timetable as these classes change according to work commitments.
Megan is also a Yin Yoga Teacher Training.
Paulette is nearing the end of her Yoga Teacher Training, with NRG Yoga on the Sunshine Coast, and must complete some teaching hours.
She is very passionate about yoga and wants to share the many mental and physical health benefits of having a regular yoga practise. She knows from personal experience that it can help lower stress levels, as it has certainly helped her over the years.
While Paulette is a dedicated student of Yoga she is new to teaching and while she is building skills and confidence, she would like to offer her classes for free.
