Tracey, the principal instructor, is a Yoga Teacher with 20 years of experience working in education, and began practising yoga in 2002 to DVD's. She has since taught over 8000 yogis of all shapes and sizes from Kindy Kids to the sprightly, young at heart retirement set.
As the founder of Body N Soul Yoga Tracey is deeply passionate about teaching you how to use yoga to find your inner strength, connection to breath and peace within. With her background in education and a passion for teaching, Tracey will teach you how to practice your yoga NOT show you how she does her yoga.

Penny completed her training is 2018 and has been teaching small classes to the lucky residents of the Marlborough/St Lawrence area.
Penny loves a slow focused practice of mindful movement with solid foundations and lots of space for breathe. Penny teaches regular 6am classes.
Christine has been practising yoga and mediation for more than 25 years and starting her journey primarily training in mediation for wellness and calmness in a hectic world.

Christine's focus is on mindfulness and yoga for wellness to ensure participants are able to live with vitality and energy at all and any stage of life.
About the Studio
The Studio is situated at 13 Murray Street with plenty of parking.
The car park and street are well lit at night.
The studio has heating and air conditioning.
There are shower facilities.
Mats are available to hire for $2 or you can purchase a mat at the studio.
Julie completed her trained with Yoga NRG in 2017 and incorporates her love of all things fitness in to her
challenging and fun classes. Julie teaches regular 6am classes. Her classes are dynamic and challenging incorporating her love of fitness with yoga.
Stevie has completed her formal Yoga Teacher Training this year and is working towards finalising her practice teaching requirements. Stevie teaches when ever she can, please check the timetable and support her classes.
