As the founder of Body N Soul Yoga Tracey is deeply passionate about teaching you how to use yoga to find your inner strength, connection to breath and peace.
Penny loves a slow focused practice
of mindful movement incorporating elements of Kundalini Yoga. She incorporates solid foundations and lots of space for breathe. Penny teaches regular 6am classes.
About the Studio
The Studio is situated at 13 Murray Street with plenty of parking.
The car park and street are well lit at night.
The studio has heating and air conditioning.
There are shower facilities.
Megan completed her training is 2020 in beautiful Spain shortly before the Pandemic sent her home. Lucky for us!
Megan's training is in Hatha Yoga, and we welcome her to the studio for weekend classes.
Megan is also a Yin Yoga Teacher Training.
Paulette is very passionate about yoga and wants to share the many mental and physical health benefits of having a regular yoga practise.
She knows from personal experience that it can help lower stress levels, as it has certainly helped her over the years.
