Just For Kids Yoga
$100 per term or $16 per casual class
Tracey has taught in primary schools for 18 years and loves working with kids of all ages.
The many benefits of yoga as a practice for kids are unlimited in their potential to change physical, mental and emotional states.
The obvious is an increased body awareness, strength and flexibility, but the other benefits include improved concentration, the cultivation of a peaceful and relaxed state of mind, gives tools for stress management and enhances social interactions and self discipline.
Private classes by appointment
Term Programs begin in week 2 of each term and run for 8 weeks
Tuesday, Yogis - 5-8 yrs and Thursday, Tweens - 9-12 yrs 3.30-4.30
