In this 2 hr workshop we will assess our gluteal engagement and build awareness to refire this powerhouse of muscle.
Simon Poole from Movement Improvement will assist with a wealth of knowledge for diagnostic and retraining mind and body connection.
Butt assessment will be followed by a practice to ensure maximum butt involvement in familiar poses and our regular practice and then closing with some well deserved stretching for said area!
