Our day will begin with a yoga practice to open the body, release tension and activate free flowing energy - this will be a simple practice, suitable for all levels of experience.
We'll follow this with some powerful pranayama (breathing techniques) to purify and calm our senses.
There will be a brief chat and discussion about the guiding principles of the Yama's & Niyamas from the 8 limbs of Yoga to explore a yogic way of life.
Lynne Bell will join us to teach up some self massage techniques using essential oils and Christine Stevens will share some simple Space Clearing and Feng Shui techniques to optimise the energy in your home.
We'll end the day with guided deep relaxation with Candice Fraser from Meditate Me, and a restorative yoga sequence to release tension, bringing restoration to the body and clarity to the mind for healing and well-being.

Dharma Day 3 - 26 September
- Dani Mondhal from Thai Yoga Massage by Dani will run a number of sessions and be on hand to assist through out the yoga practices of the day with beautiful adjustments and assists.
