You will be directed to create a Punchpass Account to purchase a pass and book into classes.
Please note purchasing a pass, doesn't automatically register you for a class.
  • Props are available to borrow.
  • There are straps, mats and zafu available to order and purchase at the studio.
  •  Please cancel through Punchpass if you can't make it.
  • The drop zone is always busy - leave as much as you can in the car...drop your keys etc. and move on.
The front door is locked for security and safety PROMPTLY 5 min prior to class start time. 
Please arrive early if you are new to the studio.

This 90-minute gentle yoga class is a balanced mix of Yin and Restorative Yoga.
Our practice begins with breath-work and centering, followed by a slow flow of yin-style deep stretches,
held for 2-8 minutes.
You will then settle in to some prop-supported restorative postures for deeper physical relaxation
​and a guided meditation to promote calm and clarity.
This class is perfect for every yogi who wants to de-stress and cultivate peace of mind, body and soul. ​
