There will be plenty of opportunity to take it easy and do your own thing over the weekend, as your day will only be punctuated with early morning walks, mindfulness and meditation sessions, yoga, great food and even better company.
The small group sessions are the perfect opportunity to workshop poses that you and your body find challenging.
The retreat will be fully catered, with healthy and delicious foods.
Everyone will be happily catered for, all you have to do is let us know what you can and can’t eat.
What is not included are any drinks and you are welcome to BYO as we will have a full kitchen at our disposal.
You will need to bring your own yoga mat and any props that are a normal part of your practice.

Nestled amongst the magnificent sandstone cliffs of the Carnarvon Ranges, Wallaroo is a 72, 000 acre cattle property owned by your hosts, Pauline and Justin MacDonnell, found approximately 160km north of Roma, towards the iconic Carnarvon Gorge.
Scattered in the retreat area are 20 fabulous glamping tents. We get to wake up amongst the towering Eucalypts listening to the magical sounds of the bush in crisp white linen on real luxury beds. This is camping at its best! Enjoy a yarn, a glass of wine and some camp oven cooking around the rustic fire pit while spotting for rock wallabies against the cliffs
Each tent is furnished with rustic charm and with real beds. There are ensuite tents available too.
